Lou-Weezie's Caprise Grilled Cheesey

sourdough bread
fresh Buff moz
appropriately sized sliced tomatoes
fresh basil (patio to table)
butter
balsamic reduction

Assemble sandwich; grill in butter, drizzle with reduction
