Grilled Dry Rub for Wings, Thighs and Sticks

¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 ½ tsp sea salt
1 ½ tsp granulated onion
1 ½ tsp granulated garlic
1 ½ tsp chili powder
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp black pepper

2 lbs chicken

Measure all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and thoroughly mix to fully incorporate spices and chicken.

Place dry-rubbed chicken on the grill allowing to cook for 10-15 minutes.

Turn occasionally to crisp them all over. They can cook longer if they don’t look crisp enough.

Move the chicken wings to indirect heat and continue to cook with the lid closed for another 10-30 minutes.
