Beurre Maitre d’ Hotel
1/2 cup butter
1 tblsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
lemon zest
Cream together. Start with butter alone and slowly add the rest in order.
Put on anything.
